Double belt conveyor is mainly used for foaming, hardening and ripening and shaping of core material of sandwich panel being laminated.
 
nProduct features:
Total length of the machine could do36 meters, compared with present production line; the productivity of the new one is increased 20%.
Durable: the belt plates are made with heat treated alloy steel.
SIMENS servo motor and the speed reducer made in Italy will be used together to control the speed and the foaming time to guarantee the quality of the panels..
Fast conversion: Hanging type side sealing system with a separate chain could be converted by one person only; width and thickness could be adjusted within a specified range.
Convenient control: side seal system could be controlled conveniently as the space between the sealing system and belt plates is reasonable enough to be accessed.
The lifting hydraulic cylinder of Double-belt laminating machine is equipped with synchroniaedvalve to ensure the lifting of the upper belt is at the same level and the frame of the machine won’t be deformed.
