The line consists of decoiler, sheet guiding equipment, roll forming section, cutter, supporter, hydraulic system, control system. The roller shutter which made by this machine have neat external appearance, even ripples, high utilization and strong strength.
We design the new model which can joint two shutters without traditional clips. This solution not only save the cost for buying a door accessory, but also speed up the door construction. It can be designed to produce any profile which according to customers’ requirements. Customers can select to add the in-line punching holes device or not. Whole production line is driven by hydraulic system and controlled by PLC with touch screen.

1. Brief introduction
In the craft process of the discontinuous PU sandwich panel production line, the material is handled separately, this means that after metal skin is formed, cut into required length, then assembled together into the laminating machine, foam injection between surface material, generate the preset shape of PU sandwich panel.

Discontinuous PU sandwich panel production line is used for discontinuously making sandwich panels with the facing layer (s) of color steel or galvanized sheet and the core material of polyurethane. Whole equipment is divided into PU insulation part and facing sheet profiling part.
