Fully Automatic Galvanized Steel Sheet CZ Cold Roll Forming Machine

Usage and introduction:

The Cz Shaped Purlin Roll Form Machine adopts a cast iron structure. The driving way is chain driving. The size will be adjusted by the spacers between the rollers. The cutting is after forming, so the cutting position will be very smooth. There are two punching holes at the two sides of the cutting position.

Quick C to Z interchange:

The rollers for C & Z are changed very quickly without dismantling any parts, The forming tooling is simply unclamped (two bolts), rotated through 180 degrees, and re-tightened. No tooling or spacers are removed or changed. Quick, Easy, Simple.

Size change:

The form tooling is unclamped, slid into the correct position by PLC control. No special tools, no spacer changed. Infinite sizes are possible. Only input data in the touch screen can adjust any size automatically, by motor driving stations moving accurately on linear guide rail with encoder.
